Cherry Breakfast Smoothie!

I added avocado to this smoothie to make it super creamy, nourishing, and filling! You would never know though – but your body will. Adding fat and protein to smoothies is what helps make it filling. Some examples of things you can add to make your smoothies delicious and creamy includes yogurt, nut butters, avocado, and coconut cream – YUM! Try it out!

Cherry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoon milk of choice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Makes 1 12-ounce cup
