Creamy Chocolate Fudge

A super easy, creamy, and decadent dessert or snack that’s also chock full of healthy fats, plant-based protein, and fiber! 

This one is going to be your go-to for that sweet tooth because not only is it so delicious, its also SO crazy easy to make it will be on repeat!

Guilt-free eating means you don’t feel guilty about what you eat. Period. Whether its this cashew and date based fudge OR sugar, butter, and milk based fudge! All foods are morally and emotionally equivalent. There is no ‘bad’ or ‘good’ choice – there is only the choice that works for you! ⁠

Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 11 medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1 cup + 3 tbsp full fat coconut milk (from a can)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ cup + 3 tbsp unprocessed unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s)

Directions:  

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour into a lined 8X8 pan. Cover with saram wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1 to 2 inch cubes and enjoy! Store in freezer.
