No-Bake Cereal Bar

A 1 bowl recipe the whole family will love! They are so much fun to eat. I love having a bar or 2 with some coffee in the morning. I also enjoy them as a snack sometimes. They are really great for any time of day but they make mornings especially easy because all you gotta do is grab ‘em from the freezer and you are set.

They’ve got a nutty crunchy texture with some bright tartness from the cranberries. SO good and loaded with fiber and healthy fats. Enjoy!

No-Bake Cereal Bars


  • 3 ½ cups plain cheerios
  • 1 cup nuts of choice
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond butter (or nut butter or your choice)
  • ¼ cup silan or honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt


  • Place all ingredient into a large bowl and stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Spread evenly into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze at least 1 hour. Cut into squares with a serrated knife and enjoy!
  • Store in freezer.

Makes 16 squares
