The Break Free From Dieting 6 week program is for women who: 

  • Have taken steps toward food freedom and body trust but feel stuck in their progress
  • Fear eating “off limits” foods & going out of control
  • Have a love/hate relationship with food
  • Struggle with food guilt and obsess over what they eat
  • Have a negative body image and/or engage in negative self talk
  • Are confused how to eat healthily and want to know what balanced nutrition should actually look like
